PANTRY DOS
Santa Fe, New Mexico

Santa Fe, New Mexico
The Pantry Restaurant has been Santa Fe’s meeting place since 1948. In 2019, the beloved eatery entered a new chapter with the opening of Pantry Dos in Oshara Village, a growing community near Santa Fe Community College. As the first commercial development in the area, Pantry Dos was designed to comply with the rigorous standards of the recently adopted Santa Fe County Sustainable Land Development Code and the covenants of Oshara Village.
The design honors regional architectural traditions, using natural colors and materials such as stucco, metal siding, and protected wood canopies. At the same time, it embraces the master plan’s “new town” concepts with pedestrian pathways, screened parking, rainwater retention, regional landscaping, and shared community facilities.
The 3,000-square-foot restaurant features flexible seating in both open and semi-enclosed areas, with roll-up garage doors that connect the dining space to an outdoor patio. Guests enjoy Pantry Dos’ signature casual counter service, supported by an efficient kitchen and easily accessible restrooms. Exposed wood beams and paneling highlight the interior, while large windows flood the space with natural light and frame views of the surrounding landscape.
Next time you’re in Santa Fe, visit Pantry Dos for fresh, made-from-scratch comfort food, fast and friendly service, and some of the best chile in town.
