Located in Albuquerque’s emerging East Nob Hill neighborhood, Platinum Apartments redefines luxury urban living in one of the city’s most dynamic districts. SMPC Architects provided interior design services for this 75-unit upscale residential community, collaborating closely with Environmental Dynamics, Inc. and Chicago-based developer Rick Goldman to craft a refined yet expressive living environment that reflects the spirit of the neighborhood and the sophistication of the Platinum brand.

The design approach focused on creating interiors that balance comfort, style, and individuality. SMPC developed concepts for shared community spaces that emphasize the social and cultural energy of Nob Hill — blending eclectic finishes, bold lighting, and curated furnishings to offer residents distinctive environments for gathering, working, and relaxing. Each interior moment was treated as an opportunity to express personality and texture, ensuring the public spaces feel both polished and personal.

From the main lobby and lounges to the fitness and amenity areas, SMPC’s design reinforces the project’s vision of elevated urban living. Material selections juxtapose contemporary finishes with rich textures and warm tones, creating a sense of approachable sophistication. The result is an inviting, modern residential experience that celebrates local character while delivering the quality and comfort associated with the Platinum name.
