SANTA FE COUNTY
ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING

Santa Fe, New Mexico

As part of a design-build collaboration with Jaynes Corporation and Studio Southwest Architects, SMPC Architects contributed to the redevelopment of the City of Santa Fe’s civic campus. The project modernizes the city’s administrative operations through a new 60,000-square-foot Administrative Office Building at 100 Catron Street and the restoration of the historic Administrative Building at 102 Grant Avenue.

SMPC led the design of a 200-car parking structure and developed the interior finishes design and specifications for the new office facility. The interior design emphasizes function, durability, and aesthetic continuity—integrating warm materials and a clean, professional palette that supports a productive workplace environment.

The restored Grant Avenue building preserves an important civic landmark, maintaining the character and identity of Santa Fe’s downtown core. Together, the two facilities create a cohesive campus that reflects the city’s commitment to modern governance while honoring its historic context.
