Fiesta Kia establishes a strong new presence for the Kia brand in Albuquerque, offering a modern, customer-focused dealership experience. The 21,000-square-foot facility includes a spacious showroom, sales and training areas, customer amenities, a maintenance garage, and a parts warehouse.
SMPC provided full architectural services, including site development, permitting, and design coordination to meet Kia Motors’ corporate branding standards. The design balances national brand identity with local context, using durable materials and clean lines to convey precision and trust.
The layout prioritizes flow between public and service areas, supporting efficient operations and a comfortable customer experience. Since opening in February 2019, Fiesta Kia has become a regional model for integrating brand design, performance, and user comfort.
