Seek to understand a problem before chasing after solutions. Solve the problem by taking advantage of the limitations.
Mark Harberts
Architect
Mark does not remember ever wanting to be anything other than an Architect. After four decades in the design and construction profession it is still his passion. The excitement of design turning into construction is a source of motivation and satisfaction. His focus is on the blurred line that exists between design and construction, knowing something about each makes better architecture.
When not at the office or teaching at the UNM School or Architecture mark can be found pedaling on his road bike or repurposing some salvaged construction material into something useful.
