EXECUTIVE HANGARS
SANTA FE REGIONAL AIRPORT

On the north side of the Santa Fe Regional Airport, this new aviation complex blends high-performance functionality with refined amenities for pilots, guests, and aircraft alike. The design-build project delivers two heated and ventilated pre-engineered metal hangars, each large enough to accommodate a Gulfstream G650, with adjoining spaces for operations and hospitality.

Beyond aviation storage, the hangars are outfitted with contiguous office suites for flight management and support, as well as elegantly appointed lounges and conference areas that elevate the private aviation experience. Additional features include storage, laundry, shower, and maintenance facilities that ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

The exterior environment extends the sense of exclusivity: landscaped drives, surface and covered parking, and carefully planned outdoor amenities—including putting greens and entertaining terraces—create a resort-like atmosphere. Native plantings and gravel mulch support a sustainable, water-wise landscape strategy.

Delivered in collaboration with Sarcon Construction, the project reflects a synthesis of performance, efficiency, and comfort tailored for private aviation in Santa Fe.
