After spending most of her life in Colorado, Emily came to Albuquerque to pursue her Master of Architecture degree at the University of New Mexico. Emily’s extensive and diverse professional background allows for creative problem solving in her research and designs. She is passionate about investigating and promoting the intersection of healthy, high-density urbanism, climate change resiliency and mitigation, while emphasizing social and ecological sustainability.

Emily is proud to call New Mexico home and is deeply invested in this community. She spends her time being a mom to three kids and two cats and loves cultivating her little old home one project at a time. You’re likely to find her hiking or camping, putzing around in her greenhouse, or getting her hands dirty making something new.
