We are celebrating SMPC Office Administrator Marron Cooney, who recently achieved the “Certified Professional” recognition by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) . This credential demonstrates Marron’s mastery of core competencies needed to support success in demanding business environments. The certification program assesses consistent standards of knowledge and proficiency in the HR field and includes strategic thinking, implementing practices for optimal efficiency, and effective handling of a variety of situations.
Marron has been with SMPC since 2021. When she started, she hit the ground running, providing support on workplace logistics and personnel related duties at our firm. She brings her diverse background along with a wide of range skills to the firm and we are proud to have her.
