Carlsbad Chevrolet

SMPC was hired to replace an aging Chevrolet dealership in Carlsbad and construct a new facility in its place.

The design features a metal building structure with ACM metal panel and stucco exterior conform to Chevrolet corporate design standards. SMPC worked with Chevrolet to coordinate exceptions and ensure an appropriate fit on the existing site.

The dealership includes twelve service bays, and showroom access for vehicles. Other amenities include covered outdoor parking, indoor showroom and administration offices, customer lounge, parts warehouse.
