Pantry Dos

The Pantry Restaurant has been Santa Fe’s “Meeting Place” since 1948. 2019 marks a new beginning for the venerated eatery, with a new location in the growing new community of Oshara Village near the Santa Fe Community College. The first commercial development in this new development, The Pantry “Dos” was required to comply with the stringent regulations and restrictions associated with the recently approved Santa Fe County Sustainable Land Development Code and the covenants of the Oshara Village.

The design sustains important ties to regional historical styles with natural colors and materials — stucco, metal siding and protected wood canopies. It also complies with the new town concepts of the master plan with pedestrian connections, screened parking, rainwater retention, regional landscaping, and access to common facilities.

The 3,000 SF restaurant incorporates flexible seating in open and semi-enclosed areas that open to an exterior patio via roll-up garage doors. Pantry Dos’ signature casual counter service is featured, along with an efficient kitchen and convenient restrooms.  The wood structure is exposed throughout the dining areas, and wood paneling complements selected seating areas.  Large windows provide views of the surrounding landscape, and allow abundant daylight.
